shirelygrrl: Currently fangirling on The Lennon Sisters, Bobbie Gentry, The Shangri-Las, and of course the fantabulous Shirley Manson. All strong, sexy women. Oh some of you may be scratching your head at the inclusion of The Lennon Sisters. Granted they don't fit the kick ass/bad girl mold of the others, but I would argue with anyone who says they aren't strong women. Cause they so are! They've been in show business for nearly a million years and continue to be very successful, moneymaking entertainers. Annnnd they have done all this while simultaneously having rewarding family lives. No mean feat I tell ya.
